Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook or bake including oven, electric stove, microwave, toaster, DeLonghi coffee machine, kettle, standard fridge and freezer, all utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery, and a dishwasher

Main living area includes a dining table with 4 chairs  (2 high chairs available plus additional seating can be added), a modern fireplace with safety gate, 2 couches/sofa beds (can be additional sleeping spaces if necessary), TV, pull out desk and shelving unit filled with board games, books and kids toys.

From the living area there is a simple stair case that takes you to the second floor landing area that is designed as a kids play area. Both the bottom and top of the stairs are secured by child-safety fences. 

Upstairs includes 2 separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 includes a king bed, a single bed with pull-out single bed underneath. A foldable floor mattress is also available. Chest of draws with baby change mat, shelving for clothing, heater, fanand a desk overlooking out the window. Sleeps 5 comfortably.

Bedroom 2 includes a king bed, a single bed, shelving for clothing, book shelf, heater, fan, desk overlooking the window view. Sleeps 4 comfortably.

In the immediate backyard there is outdoor seating for 6, fire pit, charcoal grill, kids outdoor games, trampoline, fruit trees and deer feeder.

A 2 minute walk up the small hill takes you straight to the forest for mushrooms, blueberries and beautiful marked forest trails.
